Business & rest

Business and rest in Japan

Rest planned around your work, with every move kept short.

What we do for you

Work first, then a real rest

When a trip starts with work, the time around it tends to be wasted. We plan the rest with the same care: a free evening after the last meeting, a day trip that fits between commitments, or a few days in a ryokan before the flight home.

We keep moves short. Hotels close to where you need to be, cars timed to your schedule, and trains booked for when you are actually free.

If you are hosting, we can book the tables for it and pass on dietary needs and seating in Japanese. Your schedule and bookings sit together in the STAYGO app.

How we plan it

  • Around your schedule

Rest placed between and after your commitments, so work stays where it needs to be.

  • Short moves

Hotels near your meetings and cars timed to your day.

  • Tables for hosting

Restaurants for clients or colleagues, with dietary needs passed on in Japanese.

  • A real rest

A ryokan or a quiet city at the end, before the flight home.

Ideas for your journey

Shapes to start from. Every route is rebuilt around your dates, your pace and the rooms that are open.

  • 7 days

    Tokyo with a Hakone weekend

    1. Tokyo4 nights
    2. Hakone2 nights

A working week in Tokyo, then two ryokan nights in the mountains.

  • 8 days

    Tokyo, then Kyoto

    1. Tokyo4 nights
    2. Kyoto3 nights

Meetings first, then the bullet train to Kyoto for three slow days.

  • 10 days

    Tokyo, Kanazawa and Kyoto

    1. Tokyo5 nights
    2. Kanazawa2 nights
    3. Kyoto2 nights

A longer stay in Tokyo, and two quieter cities to finish.

We check availability before we propose anything, and nothing is promised until it is confirmed.
