To deliver your itinerary, we share relevant personal details with trusted third-party providers in Japan — including hotels, ryokan, restaurants, and transport operators. Only the information necessary for each booking is shared.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs any payment data you provide. We do not store your full card details.
We will disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of STAYGO, our clients, or others.
04.Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Trip-related records are typically retained for up to 3 years after your travel date.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@staygo.jp. We will respond within 30 days.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our systems.
