| Fees | Signature: USD $3,500 / Bespoke: Custom quote. Accommodation, dining, transport, and activity costs are paid directly by the client to each provider and are not included in the planning fee. |
| Payment | Credit card, processed via Stripe. For Bespoke journeys with a planning fee of USD 10,000 or more, a bank transfer in Japanese yen may also be offered (see the Terms of Service, section 02). If your trip starts 60 days or more after you confirm, a 25% deposit (USD 875 for Signature) begins the planning and the remaining 75% is due 60 days before your trip. If your trip starts within 60 days, the full planning fee is paid at once when you confirm. |
| Delivery | All deliverables (itineraries, reservation confirmations, trip documents) are provided digitally via email or a dedicated digital link. No physical shipment is involved. |
| Cancellation | If you cancel after paying and before we deliver your first detailed itinerary, we keep 25% of the planning fee (USD 875 for Signature) and refund the rest of what you have paid (USD 2,625 if you have paid the full USD 3,500). Once the first detailed itinerary has been delivered, the planning fee you have paid is non-refundable. This is the same whether you cancel 60 days or more before your trip or within 60 days of it. If you cancel before paying the remaining 75%, it is not charged. |
| Returns | As this is a service, there is no product to return. Refunds of the planning fee follow the cancellation terms above. Please review your plan carefully upon delivery and raise any concerns promptly. |
| Extras | No additional fees beyond the stated planning fee. All third-party costs (hotels, restaurants, transport, guides) are settled directly by the client. |
