- Actual prices are set by each maker, shop and firm, can change at any time, and are paid by you directly to them in Japanese yen.
- Our fee is 15% of the furniture and craft budget, under pilot terms that we confirm with you in writing before any work begins. The minimum furnishing budget for a home is ¥5,000,000. Our fee is paid in yen, usually by bank transfer; the deposit can also be paid by card.

For owners who live abroad and keep a home in Japan. We plan each room in warm minimalism: few things, natural wood and soft light. Then we find the makers and the pieces, and sign for every delivery while you are away.

How it works
We visit the home and talk through how you will use it. An independent designer prepares the look and a plan for each room.
You approve each piece, with its price, from wherever you are, and pay the makers and shops directly. We receive, place and check everything, then send you photos of the finished room.
Building work and architectural design stay with licensed firms, who contract with you directly.
